The owner is 100% on top of his business and has even contacted me to walk me through specific cleaning processes on some of my more elaborate garments. The staff is nothing but nice and always humors me when I ask for specific pieces to be cleaned in a net bag for extra care. I live in Gilbert and make a point to drive to Park Avenue on my lunch break to ensure my garments are taken care of!
